• Requires a minimum deposit of more than $5,000.

General Terms

• Bonuses are only offered on new money; i.e. if client took a $1000 payout the client must reload the total amount of the payout before being eligible for a new bonus.
• The Free Play bonus can be used only on Straight wagers and Parlays of up to 3 teams, on any sports No futures or props are allowed. Rollover requirements must be met before all funds can be taken out of the account. Winnings can be withdrawn at any time. Everything over and above the original deposit, fees and bonus is considered winnings.
• Promotions are limited to one per deposit, per person, account or household.
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• Fees will be covered on all person to person deposits of $300 USD or more. Other currencies are accepted and are converted to USD using the National Convertion Rate for that currency.
• Max Bonus pay-out is limited to an amount of $5,000.00 USD or less.
• All Freeplays are restricted to the WINNINGS ONLY! This does not include the risk.
• Cancelled Games in which a Freeplay is utilized will be credited back and allowed to be wagered on your next wager.
• Limitations apply for circled and restricted games.
• All promotional offerings and policies are solely at the discretion of BetPhoenix™ and are liable to cancellation, change and/or modification without warning or prior notice.

Bonus Policies

• Clients must leave their deposit + bonus + fees amount in their account for 2 weeks from the date of their first play, and the account must remain active during that time frame. All bonus money and promotional money is credited immediately, but are yours to keep only after you have wagered your deposit amount, bonus amount, and transfer fee amount the respective amount of times and actively wagered for a minimum of 2 weeks from each deposit. Otherwise, bonus amounts, transfer fee amounts, promotional amounts will be deducted from your account prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Failure to complete the rollover and 2 week hold will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, as well as any winnings won from the bonus in question. Bonuses will only be paid on negative balances, a client whose account is in a winning position overall will not be eligible for re-load bonuses.
• Bonuses will be granted on new money only. If the previous transaction is a payout, clients will be required to make up the total amount of the payout in deposits before being eligible for a bonus.
• Bonus rules and wagering requirements apply to all special promotions, bonuses and offers. In order to take full advantage of any of these specials, members are required to contact BetPhoenix member services for full details as all specials are structured differently. Free Plays, Propositions and Casino action does not count toward rollover.
• Credit card deposits are not eligible for bonuses.
• Bonus roll-over calculations: The lesser of the risk and win amounts are used, unless the wager is a loss then risk amount is used. 'No action' wagers will not be used in the calculations.
• Bonus eligibility for clients is subject to management's discretion.
• Bonuses will only be credited on deposits of $300 or more unless mentioned otherwise on individual promotion conditions.

Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. At the discretion of sportsbook management, professional player or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked; bonus funds and proceeds gained by using bonus funds and be subject to further sanctions.

Promotional bonuses apply on all deposits (new or re ups) when sending NEW MONEY ONLY. If you have recently withdrawn funds, you must first replenish pay out monies before receiving new deposit bonuses. Rollover requirements will be achieved when both deposit and free play bonus have been rolled over.

Non-Recreational players (as determined by Management) may have greater rollover requirements placed on their account. These requirements must be met before they are eligible to receive a payout. Any payouts processed before requirements are met will result in possible bonus forfeiture. Furthermore, BetPhoenix reserves the right to confiscate any bonuses and/or money won with said bonuses if Management determines a player to be Non-Recreational.

Bonus Policy: All bonus money is credited immediately, but is yours to keep only after you have wagered your deposit and bonus the required amount of times and actively played for a minimum of 2 weeks from time of deposit. Otherwise, the bonus amount and fees will be deducted from your account upon request of payout.
