House Rules

  1. The rules at BetPhoenix are very close to Las Vegas Sports Rules, in order to protect both the company and the bettor.
  2. Member’s account and information at BetPhoenix are private and confidential; every call is recorded and stored for 7 days in order to settle any dispute.
  3. Clients must be 18 years of age or more.
  4. BetPhoenix will reserve its right to refuse a wager at any time, from any client without cause.
  5. All regulations, payoffs and limits listed on our website are subject to change without any prior written notice.
  6. Every client is required to identify himself using his user name and password on each call as well as each login to BetPhoenix. Each member is solely responsible for their user name and password.
  7. Account balances will reflect all wagers made on futures, propositions or pending wagers.
  8. BetPhoenix members cannot risk more money than what they have available in their account.
  9. Players must confirm their bets with the operator at the end of each call using their account number and password. It is client’s responsibility to listen carefully to the instant and final read-back from the operator before confirming the wager. If the information read by the operator is different from what the client asked, it’s the CLIENT’S OBLIGATION to let the operator know in order for the wager to be changed, once the plays are confirmed, THE READBACK IS FINAL! If, for some reason, the call is dropped before the process is completed, it’s the CLIENT’S OBLIGATION to call back; otherwise, the wager will be at management’s discretion.
  10. No wagers will be changed or deleted once the client confirms them and the call is concluded. The only way a player can cancel a wager, is by betting the opposite side and lose the juice. On over/under wagers, over-time periods are included in the final score.
  11. Overtime period(s) in Football and Basketball are included in the game and second-half side, total and money line. Overtime period(s) does not affect wagers made for the fourth quarter.
  12. All minimums, maximums, and payouts are subject to change without prior written notice.
  13. The Maximum payout for any Parlay is $100,000.
  14. All wagering claims shall be resolved by the final read-back from the recorded call and will be ruled as final.
  15. In regards to cancelled, suspended games, or rescheduled games or events, or overturned decisions, BetPhoenix follows Las Vegas gaming rules for wagering purposes. Otherwise, BetPhoenix will not recognize suspended, cancelled games, protests and overturned decisions for wagering purposes.
  16. All sporting events must be played on scheduled date unless otherwise specified. If an event is postponed and/or rescheduled or a change of venue, the event will automatically constitute "no action," which means that the wagers for that event will be refunded; unless sport specific rules state otherwise. All parlays/exotics will be recalculated excluding that leg of the parlay, using the specific payout charts for that pager option. Individual tennis matches have to be COMPLETED; otherwise it will be a NO ACTION. If a match is rescheduled due to bad weather conditions, bad light, etc. then all wagers will have action, all wagers stand.
  17. All betting payoffs are calculated on the odds in effect at the time of the wager.
  18. You can’t parlay the same team on the point spread to the money line. Multiple bets are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another – known as correlated plays.
  19. BetPhoenix does not report your transactions to any financial institution or government agency. It is the client's sole responsibility to report such information to the appropriate taxable jurisdiction.
  20. BetPhoenix is not responsible for any misrepresentation by any client upon application for membership.
  21. Members are responsible for their account number and password, BetPhoenix is not responsible for clients who reveal their password and account number to other parties.
  22. The winner of an event, or game, will be determined on the date that the event is concluded.
  23. All wagers are in U.S. dollars.
  24. In the case of an obvious mistake on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, all wagers on that game or event will be deemed a "no action" wager, and the money will be credited accordingly.
  25. BetPhoenix reserves the right to take away any bonus at any time, without explanation or previous written warning.
  26. Dates and kick-off times of events posted on our website are for guidance purposes only. Bets will be accepted up to the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is placed after the event has started, and that play wasn’t authorized by a supervisor that’s aware of the kick-off time, the plays will be deleted.
  27. All “futures” wagers are accepted as "All In", Run or Not Run, Entered or Not Entered. Stakes are lost on a future bet if a selection does not take part. In the event of a tie where 3 or more competitors are offered in one betting option, the payout will be divided by the number of players/competitors tied.
  28. Winners and losers are considered official after:
    • Soccer 90 minutes of play – Overtime and/or Penalty shots are not included unless otherwise specified.
    • Football - NCAA & NFL - 55 minutes of play
    • Basketball - NBA - 43 minutes of play
    • Basketball - NCAA - 35 minutes of play
    • Hockey - NHL - 55 minutes of play
    • All other sporting events - 55 minutes of play
    • Overtime period(s), quarters or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line and spread betting unless otherwise specified and with the exception of soccer lines including a line for the Dra. (3way line).
    • Overtime period(s) are included as part of the second half.
    • All period, half and quarter wagers placed are for that specific period, half or quarter only. All overtime wagers placed will be for the full overtime, regardless of how many overtimes
    • Other sports: All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of the scheduled playing time remaining when the contest finishes to be considered as official for betting purposes.
  29. Credit card deposits are not eligible for bonuses.
  30. Please remember you have 48 hours to claim the bonus from the moment you make the deposit.
  31. The Lay -105 promotion is ONLY for recreational players!
  32. These rules are posted as a disclaimer to protect both the client and BetPhoenix, alleging ignorance of these rules will not be considered as an excuse.


SPECIFIC INTERNET BETTING RULES

  1. You should determine whether BetPhoenix services are permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  2. The account balance must be verified by the client on each Internet log-on prior to wagering. When you verify and accept your betting account balance, you agree that all previous transactions are correct and you do not have any claims.   3. All Internet betting transactions are stored and backed-up daily. In case of a claim, both management and the player agree that the log backup shall serve as the final authority in the dispute and that all wagers will be adjusted accordingly. Any dispute must be placed within three days from the date the wager was made. No claims will be honored after this three-day period. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all account transactions.
  4. Any manipulation of prices and or spread may result in the ticket being marked as loser.
