Betphoenix is proud to announce its new Member Rewards Program.

These rewards are our way of saying "Thank You" for your continued preference.

Earn points every time you place a sports wager, accumulate them in your account and then redeem them for free plays, electronics, gift cards and much more.

You can earn more points when you refer your friends; receive up to 500 reward points for every one of your friends that registers and funds their account.

You can also earn 100 reward points when you follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

Our rewards program consists of three tiers.

All clients start earning reward points in the Silver tier and are moved to Gold and Platinum based on longevity and playing volume.

Points expired every year so make sure you redeem your points at least once a year before December 31st.

Contact our customer service department once your friend has made his initial deposit, in addition to our regular referral bonus you can instantly claim your reward points. A minimum deposit of $100 is required to qualify.

Rules and regulations

1. Betphoenix's Reward Program is intended for recreational players only.
2. Available for customers residing within the Americas or where authorized by management.
3. Reward Points are awarded on wagers placed on the following sports:
   1. NFL Sides and Totals
   2. CFB Sides and Totals
   3. NBA Sides and Totals
   4. CBB Sides and Totals
   5. MLB Money Line, Run Lines and Totals
   6. NHL Money Line, Puck Lines and Totals
4. One reward point is awarded for every $1.00 risked on the following wager types:
   1. Straight Wagers
   2. Parlays
   3. Round Robins
   4. If bets
   5. Reverses
   6. Teasers
5. In order to earn a reward point the resolt of the wager must be a win or a loss, wagers graded as no action, push or cancelations do not earn reward points.
6. A minimum qualifying deposit of $100 is required in order to be able to redeem your reward points.
7. Reward points expire every year on December 31st any reward points that were not redeemed will be forfeited.
8. Reward points cannot be purchased and they are non transferable.
9. All reward points earned are updated once a day at midnight ET.
10. To claim reward points earned by following us Twitter and by Liking us Facebook you must send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your facebook and/or twitter contact information as well as your BetPhoenix account; once all the information has been confirmed the reward points will be credited.
11. To redeem reward points earned by referring a friend you must send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your friend's name and account number as well as your account number. Reward points will be credited once the initial deposit of the referred account has been confirmed. Your friend must mention that he was referred by you at the time of his deposit in order for you to claim your bonus points.
12. Rewards can be redeemed Monday through Friday between 2:00 p.m. ET and 8:00 p.m. ET.
13. When redeeming reward points for free plays, your account will be updated within 24 hours. When redeeming reward points for merchandise, you will receive the order within 3 weeks of having placed the request.
14. Merchandise rewards items can only be sent to address within the US.
15. Merchandise prizes subject to availability. In the event a particolar item is not available a notice will be sent to the customer with alternative items to be redeemed. If the customer does not wish to receive these alternative items the reward points will be re-credited to his account.
16. After 6 months of inactivity, accounts are subject to drop 1 status level, for example if you are currently in Gold Level and no activity takes place in your account within 6 months you will be moved to Silver Level. An account is considered inactive if no deposits or wagers are placed.
17. Management reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any customer to participate in our Member's reward program.
18. Betphoenix is not responsible for the unauthorized use of any client's reward points.
