The San Fransicsco Giants surprised the baseball world a year ago by winning a World Series title. This year they won’t be surprising anyone as they face off against the LA Dodgers to start the season.

Clayton Kershaw will look to start the year off right as he takes to the mound against Tim Lincecum. Lincecum is the ace of the Giants staff and a threat to be a CY Young award winner every year.

The Dodgers are 5-1 in their last six games against a right-handed starter and 13-3 in Kershaws last 16 starts against the National League West.
