| The Chicago Bulls Try To Continue their run against the Orlando Magic |
The Eastern Conference playoff chase is all but over. By beating Boston on Thursday, the Bulls reduced their magic number to one for clinching the top seed in the East. Another win at Cleveland on Friday and the Bulls will wrap up home-court advantage throughout the Eastern Conference playoffs and set up a first-round matchup with division rival Indiana. One more victory and they'll also secure home-court against every team in the Western Conference except San Antonio. Through Thursday, they remained one game behind the Spurs in the loss column. Coach Tom Thibodeau doesn't seem inclined to take his foot off the gas once the Bulls clinch first place in the East. He's never been in this position before, so it's difficult to predict. He did offer a clue after the Celtics game. The Bulls are 3-0 against the Cavaliers this season, but none of the games has been a blowout. Cleveland has been playing better lately, going 4-4 in the last eight games to move past Minnesota in the race to avoid the league's best record, but the game against the Magic will be important too. The Bulls can make a big name for themselves if they take down Dwight Howard and the Orlando Magic. At this point the Bulls should have everything clinched and will be resting players. The Magic get a meaningless win as the season ends. Play on the Magic Bet the NBA at BetPhoenix to get the best online gaming experience in the world.
