The Tennessee Titans Are Out For Blood Against the Denver Broncos
The Tennessee Titans Are Out For Blood Against the Denver BroncosThe Tennessee Titans were not predicted to do well this year, but after a big win over the Baltimore Ravens, they are focused and ready for blood against the Denver Broncos.
The latest NFL lines for this game and all of the other games on the schedule for this week will be found at online sportsbook BetPhoenix.
The Denver Broncos are ravaged by injuries as they start this game against the Titans, so keep an eye on the injury report.

The broncos needed every minute of the game to win last week. The Denver Broncos held on in week two to defeat the Cincinnati Bengals, but the win was far from pretty as they sweated out the absence of 10 starters by game’s end. Kyle Orton managed to recover from a difficult week one by completing 60% of his passes with a makeshift receiving core and Willis McGahee changed gears from his typical goal line duties to rush for over 100 yards on 28 carries in relief of Knowshon Moreno.

The defense felt the absence of CB Champ Bailey and LB Elvis Dumervil as Bengals QB Andy Dalton had all day to hook up with AJ Green. In the end the Broncos will gladly take their first win under new head coach John Fox, but if they can’t put together a complete roster in a hurry, it’s unlikely they’ll win many road games. They need key players back in the lineup.

The same cannot be said for the home team. The Tennessee Titans made the Ravens look like the league’s biggest fraud in their week two encounter as Matt Hasslebeck exploited the vaunted Ravens defense that caused seven Steeler turnovers in the season opener. Chris Johnson has still yet to find a groove to the chagrin of fantasy owners everywhere, but Kenny Britt is emerging by the day as a top flight wide receiver.

The Titans forced two interceptions in week two and collected three sacks, further cementing their position as one of the more underrated defensive units in the league this year. Tennessee has the potential to win the AFC South given the undesirable QB situations in Indy and Jacksonville. They may challenge the Texans for the title.

This line may be on the high side, but the Titans may not be getting the credit they desrev. With Chris Johnson back in the fold and a veteran quarterback, anything can happen. The Titans may just be the surprise team of the year.
