The Cleveland Browns host the Surprising Tennessee Titans
The Baltimore Ravens and the New York Jets meet on Sunday night football

The Tennessee Titans are a surprise team in the NFL this year and that team was supposed to be the Cleveland Browns.

All of the NFL Odds for this game and the entire week four NFL schedule can be found at online sportsbook BetPhoenix.

Tennessee improved to 2-1 this past Sunday with a 17-14 victory over the Denver Broncos, but they paid a heavy price during the game, losing rising star WR Kenny Britt to a knee injury. Team officials haven't confirmed as of yet, but it's feared the third-year Rutgers product is lost for the season.

QB Matt Hasselbeck's four-yard toss to WR Daniel Graham with 4:24 remaining clinched the win, a fitting performance for Hasselbeck, who was playing on his 36th birthday. The off-season acquisition from the Seattle Seahawks was spot-on versus Denver, connecting on 27 of 36 attempts for 311 yards and two TDs as Tennessee overcame an amazing 11 penalties for 80 yards while Denver was flagged just once in the contest, played in Nashville. Britt, easily the Titan's primary deep receiving threat, injured himself in the 2nd quarter after catching a short swing pass.

Hasselbeck's performance was absolutely needed as Tennessee's once-feared running game continues to be a mystery in its' lack of production in 2011. All-Pro RB Chris Johnson has only 98 yards on 46 carries thus far (a 2.1 average), and contributed only 21 yards on 13 carries on Sunday. In fact, the Titan's longest run from scrimmage on the day was by punter Brett Kern, who scrambled for a 21-yard gain on a botched punt attempt. One hopeful bright spot was WR Nate Washington's career-high 8 catches for 92 yards.

The Cleveland Browns upped their record to 2-1 despite a lackluster performance all the way around against the winless Miami Dolphins. The 17-16 victory wasn't sealed until QB Colt McCoy's 14-yard TD pass to WR Mohammed Massaquoi with 14 seconds remaining. McCoy connected on just 19 of 39 pass attempts for 210 yards and two TDs and 1 interception. However, on the final drive, McCoy seemed to put everything that had occurred beforehand away, and calmly led the Browns on a methodical, 80-yard drive. Playing without featured running back Peyton Hillis (strep throat), Cleveland turned to rookie RB Montario Hardesty, making his first career start.

Cleveland will definitely have some needed momentum against Tennessee, and with Hillis expected back, they should present a more balanced attack. The Titans are stout versus the run however, and if either Hillis or Hardesty are unable to move the chains, it may take another heroic effort from McCoy to give Cleveland a chance. For Tennessee, the loss of Britt is huge, and hopefully Hasselbeck can find a reliable "Plan B" that will be sufficient. Perhaps more worrisome is Chris Johnson's lack of production. There are no suitable alternatives after him, and without Britt, the passing attack is also limited in options.

This game is important to both teams as they attempt to become a force in the NFL once again. The winner will have the edge.
