All of the college football betting odds for the weekend can be found at BetPhoenix. If you’re looking for one of the best places to bet on college football, check out BetPhoenix. The 1-4, 1-2 Oregon State Beavers host the 4-2 Brigham Young Cougars after cashing in on their first win with a sensational scoring second quarter to defeat the 1-5, 0-4 Arizona Wildcats 37-27 in Corvallis. Sophomore running back Jovan Stevenson ran the first Oregon State touchdown in while junior fullback Clayton York's 41-yard return of a blocket punt put the Beavers ahead 14-0 in a frenzied second quarter. After Arizona got on the scoreboard, freshman placekicker Trevor Romaine had two field goals sandwiched around freshman quarterback Sean Mannion's TD pass to senior tight end Joe Halahuni. Romaine sank a FG to begin the third as well while Mannion's second TD of the day to Halahuni sealed the deal. Oregon State will try to make it two wins in a row against BYU who held off 2-4, 1-1 San Jose State 29-16. The Cougars got on the board first with a safety before junior QB Riley Nelson threw a spiral to sophomore tight end Richard Wilson ending in a 21-yard pass play to make it 9-0 BYU. The Spartans scored a field goal before the end of the first and second quarter, but gave up 14 more in the second. Nelson dialed up seniors WR McKay Jacobsen and RB Bryan Kariya to cap a strong first half. The second half was a different story as San Jose State scored the first during the third quarter to come within 10 points. After sophomore PK Justin Sorensen's 41-yard FG the Cougars pulled ahead by 13 before the Spartans tallied another FG. BYU added a FG to increase their lead back to 13 which was the final margin. In the Beavers' last home game Oregon State coughed the ball up twice, but forced four turnovers. This is always the difference in any football game, but it could prove to be costly for the team that coughs up the ball. This game will be very close and is the reason for the small line posted by odds makers.
