All three were successful with AFA running for 335 of their 361 yards with one giveaway but few other mistakes. Eleven different players took their shot at running the ball with three players representing the core of the production. Connor Dietz (6-87) was the most explosive followed by Asher Clark (10-75) and Mike DeWitt (15-64) who found the end zone four times. The passing game only saw three passes with two completions for a total of 26 yards. The Air Force defense held up their end of the bargain by limiting Nee Mexico to 223 yards while taking the ball away three times. Both sides win since they do such an excellent job of playing football and the winner will have the edge for the coveted commanders trophy.
