Texas Tech Red Raiders vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys
Texas Tech Red Raiders vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys

The game between the Texas Tech Red Raiders vs. Oklahoma State Cowboys will be very entertaining as points will be a plenty in this matchup.

Bet Phoenix has all off the latest odds on this game and all of the college football betting action for week 11.

The Texas Tech Red Raiders are a win away from going to a bowl game but to get a second win against a top 10 team in the same season would be a huge building block for Tommy Tuberville’s program. Red Raiders QB Seth Doege is putting up numbers which are typical for Texas Tech QB’s these days completing almost 70 percent of his passes for 3,160 yards with 24 touchdowns and four interceptions.

With Eric Stephens gone for the season Texas Tech is using DeAndre Washington and Kenny Williams at running back but combined they can’t make up for the loss of Stephens. Eric Wrad has 57 receptions and nine touchdowns, Alex Torres has 47 catches and four touchdowns, and Adam James has 19 catches. The Texas Tech has five interceptions, nine fumble recoveries, and 11 sacks. Cody Davis has 59 tackles, D.J. Johnson has 57 tackles, and Daniel Cobb has 41. Texas Tech will need to play flawless football to have a chance of pulling the upset in this one.

The Oklahoma State Cowboys are the number two team in the BCS this week and are in control of their own destiny. QB Brandon Weeden has simply lit it up this season completing 72.1 percent of his passes for 3,212 yards with 26 touchdowns and nine interceptions. Joseph Randle is finding plenty of running room gaining 915 yards and scoring 18 rushing touchdowns. Justin Blackmon is one of the top receivers in the nation and he has 87 catches for 1,039 yards and 12 touchdowns, Josh Cooper has 41 catches, and Tracy Moore has 35 catches.

The Cowboys defense has 18 interceptions, 13 fumble recoveries, and 24 sacks. Daytawion Lowe has 70 tackles and Caleb Lavey and Alex Elkins have 54. The Oklahoma State defense may not be the top unit in the country but they are very underrated.

The Cowboys cannot afford a loss against Texas Tech or it could ruin their chances and a shot at the BCS title.
