The Waste Management Phoenix Open is a fan favorite and offers a unique atmosphere that encourages fan participation on different levels. The exclusive lay-out of the course and the 16th hole is a major draw for sports fans. If a golfer hits the bunker at the 16th he will be showered with boo’s as he walks towards his ball. This is just one of the great reasons to watch this event.

Here are a few golfers to watch this week.

Kevin Na—Na excels at this location and he owns three top-five finishes at Scottsdale in six starts. While he missed last week’s cut, Na had previously shot nine straight rounds of sub-70 golf. Currently ranked34th or 35th in putting birdies and scoring averages, Na has a chance to finish in the top tier of this tournament.

Jhonattan Vegas--The young hot-shot star is currently atop the FedEx Cup standings thanks to winning the Bob Hope Classic and a T3 in last week’s Farmers Insurance Open. In those nine combined rounds, Vegas has yet to see a round of 70 or over. Vegas is gathering a strong fan base and will be worth the watch this week.

David Toms—In his last nine starts at this location, Toms has only two finishes outside of the top 20, both of which are missed cuts in the last three years. While there are some risks with Toms, his overall track record at the course is quite good and makes him a threat to place highly. Toms capped off 2010 with two top fives and four top 15s in six starts and he will make some noise in this tournament.

This event will feature some of the best golfers in the PGA and one of the funniest environments of any tournament, tune in and find out why the Waste Management Phoenix Open is a must-see event.
