| The Masters Tournament |
BetPhoenix has all of the wagering options for the golf bettor for this event. If you are going to watch and wager on the Master’s it is best to have an account at BetPhoenix. This will be the 75th edition of the year's first major championship. Phil Mickelson is the defending champion. There is no real dominant golfer going into the tournament and it has been quite a while since the alpha males in American golf, namely Mickelson, Tiger Woods, Steve Stricker and Jim Furyk, have been anywhere near the winner's circle. Tiger believes he is ready to change that this week. After each of Tiger Woods’s five tedious tournaments leading to this week’s Masters, he sounded like a recording when he spoke about how well he was progressing with his new golf swing. But his scores contradicted him. Tiger is dealing with a different swing and a different attitude and some signs are showing that he may be ready to make a run at the Masters this week. Toger is not alone in thinking he can win the tournament. Graeme McDowell feels there are plenty of contenders for the Masters title, but is confident he can wear the coveted green jacket next Sunday. The Northern Irishman broke his major duck with a win at the US Open last year, but he has struggled in recent weeks and a second round 80 meant he missed the cut at Bay Hill last week. One thing for sure is that this will be a very entertaining week of golf, as all of the best come together to celebrate the best tournament in the world.
