PGA Tour Children’s Miracle Network Classic
109th GOLF U.S. OPEN AT FARMINGDALE , NEW YORK

Zach Jonhson, No 4 on the PGA Tour money list, leads a strong field in the last Fall Series tournaments to wrap up the 2009 season at Disney’s in Lake Buena Vista,Fl.

Defending champion Davis Love lll has always enjoyed the family atmosphere at the Disney Resort, and hasn’t finished worse than 17 in his last seven starts on tour.He comes in good form to try to repeat last year’s performance.

Eyes will be on 20-year old Rickie Fowler who has made a great debut as a pro and is looking to secure his card for 2010.It would be fitting for Fowler to get his first win at Disney’s,after al he is still a kid.

Brandt Snedeker and Justin Leonard are also playing well and David Toms is looking for his first victory in three years.

Brian Gay had his beat year on tour with two wins, and he is playing at home since he lives in Florida.Look for him to have a good tournament in front of family and friends.

Steve Marino finished T 3 last year and is looking for the missing win to cap an otherwise outstanding season.

Jack Nicklaus won the first three editions of the Children’s Miracle Network Classic in the 1970s and Tiger Woods won twice in four years in the 1990s.
