 Daniel Negraenu is probably one of the most recognized names and personalities in poker.
This has much to do with the fact that not only has he proven himself to be a very accomplished poker player, but an all around likeable guy.
Some of Daniel accomplishments in poker have been 4 WSOP (World Series of Poker) bracelets, 2 WPT (World Poker Tour) titles, most live tournament money earned (12.42 million to be exact), all time money earner in the WPT with 5.52 million in winnings, 9 cashes and 3 finale tables at the WSOP, has played both High Stakes Poker on GSN and Poker After Dark on NBC, and can be seen playing at Bobby’s Room at the Bellagio.
Daniel’s commitment to poker goes well beyond the poker table. Not only has Daniel help raise money through charity poker events, but speaks on behalf of poker to congress and the WSOP itself. If you have ever read a blog by this man, you should already know how opinionated and passionate he is about cards. Because of his desire to change the outlook on poker from just gambling to a game of skill, he has stood proud as the voice of the gambling community. Thanks Dan, we need more of you guys out there and fewer guys trying to tell me what I should do with the money I earn!
