While Argentina finally displayed the amount of talent they have in their last fixture in which they won 3-0, it’s time for Brazil to do the same.

So far the Brazilians have been disappointing in every single match only able to pick up draws and almost losing against Paraguay.

Now they are set to face Ecuador and if in fact they do not win, then things will be tough for them to advance further in this Copa America.

Probable Starting XI

Brazil: Julio Cesar, Daniel Alves, Lucio, Thiago Silva, Andre Santos,Lucas Leiva, Ramires, Jadson, Ganso, Neymar, Alexandre Pato.

Ecuador: Elizaga, Reasco, Araujo, Erazo, Ayovi, Castillo, Noboa, Mendez, Arroyo, Benitez, Caicedo.

So far Brazil has only drawn in every single one of their games while Ecuador is in the bottom of the group due to losing 1 match and drawing the other.

Brazilian doctor Rodrigo Lasmar announced Tuesday that Sandro left Monday's practice complaining of pain. Lasmar could be out of action for a while as tests revealed the he will need surgery on his left knee meniscus.

Despite his injury, and Brazil's underwhelming play, I fully expect them to come out strong. Just like fellow tournament favorite Argentina did with a 3-0 victory in the group play finally, I expect Brazil is finally going to flip the switch.
