The Yanks have won four of five of their games against the Rangers so far this season and are 16-5 at Texas over the last six seasons. Those numbers look like they would lead to a NY win tonight, but the X-factor is Javier Vazquez who was actually demoted to the bullpen after his last start against the Rangers where he simply exploded. The Yanks might have the advantage in the other two games in this series, but tonight everything lines up for a big Rangers win. PREDICTION(BASED ON A 1-5 JEWISH NEW YEAR APPLE‘S AND HONEY SCALE) 4.4 APPLE‘S AND HONEY ON THE RANGERS- Wilson has pitched great in big spots all season long and the Rangers feel that they are a better team than the Yankees and want to send that message to them in case they play them again in the postseason. Vazquez has struggled on the road and that will continue here against the potent Rangers lineup.
