They have really not been truly tested all season long and that is where tonight’s match-up against Purdue could be special. The Boilermakers have had a strong season and are on the edge of the top 10 and a win against the top ranked Buckeyes is just what the doctor ordered to show national legitimacy for a team that is ultra talented with scoring threats in JaJuan Johnson and E’Twaun Moore. Ohio State is led by player of the year candidate Jared Sullinger and suffocate you with their defense and can score at will. This game is going to come down to whether or not the Boilermakers can slow down Sullinger enough to stem the offensive tide and use the scoring of Moore and Johnson to set the tone. There is a good chance this game will go down to a last possession type of situation and expect some late game heroics by either Sullinger for OSU or Johnson for Purdue as they have each been doing al season long.
