We may only be a month into the new NBA season , but we have already had a head coaching casualty with Hornets coach Byron Scott getting the axe last week. He is the first , but will definitely not be the last to get his pink slip this season. I will take a look at who has the best chance of being shown the door next and if some teams don't start playing better it could be sooner rather than later.
