The Celts are getting great production from “The Truth” Paul Pierce scoring almost 19 a game himself and Kendrick Perkins who has been a defense stalwart. Look for Boston to continue their road wizardry and I would not be surprised if they win this game outright. Prediction- (1-5 can of holiday cookie and egg nog scale) 3.5 cookies on BOSTON CLEVELAND CAVILERS AT LOS ANGELES LAKERS ABC 5 PM EST( LAKERS 5.5 TOTAL 194) What more can hoops fans ask for a Christmas present then the two best players of the last decade playing against each other as presents are being passed around the holiday tree. Add in the Shaq-Mas-Tree going back to LA as a Cavalier for the first time, and you have one of the great match- ups of the season. The Lakers are playing some of their basketball season so far this year winning five in a row and 9 of their last 10 and Kobe has usual is on another planet averaging almost 30 per game. Lebron and Shaq are coming into their own and this very well could be a preview of the NBA Finals and you know that both teams will be fired up for this one. The Lakers are so tough at home, but I think this one comes down to the end and five points is just two much too lay against a team with King James on X-mas Day. Prediction -3.5 cans on CLEVELAND
