Let’s be honest the Spurs are not a true seven seed, but the Mavs aren't a weak two seed by any stretch either. Both these teams like to try to take control of games defensive first and then counter with in-your-face offense from inside and out so tempo will definitely be a key throughout this series. If the Nugs can overcome the Karl-less factor that has made them overtly inconsistent as of late, they have the depth to win this series , but the first two games will be key as Denver needs to hold court and go into Utah up 2-0 or this actually could end up being a short series.
