Many thought Miami would have a nice season, but no one expected them to look this good this early. On the other hand not many expected the Pats to be whacked as hard as they were by the Jets a couple weeks ago, so both teams have a lot to prove coming into what should be the best Monday nighter of the season so far. The Miami defense has been the strength of the team so far and is the reason that this team can not be taken lightly. The Pats have a great offense as always and can outscore any team in the NFL when they play at their best. The key tonight though will be if the Pats absurdly inferior defense can hold a Dolphins team that doesn't score a ton of points , but has the capability of exploding with its many weapons and improved play of QB Chad Henne. This game could turn out to be a shootout if the Miami D struggles, but what is likely going to happen tonight is this will be a hard hitting bloodfest between two teams that seem to always play tight games. Miami always plays New England tough at home and they are looking at this as a major statement game for their legitimacy this season. PREDICTION(BASED ON A 1-10 NEW PLANET “GOLDILOCKS” COLONIZATION SCALE) 8.6 COLONIES ON THE FINS - The Dolphins always step it up against the Pats and tonight will be no different. Look for Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams to be a two headed running monster and for Chad Henne to come out firing and for Tom Brady to keep the Pats in it until the end , but the Miami D will cause a huge turnover that will seal it late.
