Wimbledon 2011 Preview: The Two Best Players in the Field Who Can Win
Novak Djokovic makes a run at No. 1 at the ATP Sony Ericsson Open in Miami, FloridaWimbledon 2011 is almost here and two of the world’s best players have a chance to win it all in 2011.

Andy Murray is full of confidence at the moment as Britain's top player just took down a grass court title. Can he break through and win Wimbledon?

Andy Murray's confidence appears to be increasing following his performance at the 2011 Queen's Club event where he faced and defeated Jo-Wilfried Tsonga in the championship final on Monday.

Following the title Murray, who is 10-2 at the All England Club in the last two seasons combined, spoke on the topic of Wimbledon and his attitude toward the tournament this season:

"I'm going to Wimbledon with the feeling that I'm going to win the tournament. I don't think you can go in with any other attitude. I feel like I'm playing good tennis. I'll need to improve the next week or so and work on some things going into Wimbledon. Murray also defeated Andy Roddick in the Queen's Club draw and the Scot did so in less than one hour behind a barrage of aces. While most would give Murray credit to make the semifinals once against at Wimbledon, most would question his ability to beat either Roger Federer or Rafael Nadal in the event.

Wimbledon 2011's main draw starts on June 20th with qualifying matches already underway. For the women’s side of the draw there are several contenders, but one stands out above the rest.

Kim Clijsters has hit a patch of bad tennis as the world number two, on Tuesday in the Netherlands, continued a recent pattern of losing to low-ranked players.

Clijsters lost to Romina Oprandi of Italy, a player ranked 82nd on tour at the moment. To make matters look worse, Clijsters lost in straight sets 7-6, 6-3 and the loss follows a shock loss at the French Open where Clijsters fell to Arantxa Rus.

Clijsters is ranked second in the world at the moment as she holds the US Open title and the Australian Open title. However with recent losses to the world number 82 and the world number 114 (Rus) you have to wonder if the Belgian can properly be considered a serious competitor at Wimbledon.

The Belgian has never won the event before and last season she suffered a loss in the quarterfinals. Based on her current form she might do well just to make it the final eight later this month as the world number two is struggling against players who she might face right in the opening round.

Clijsters has not turned in an outstanding result since February when she made the final of WTA Paris and with Wimbledon the next event coming up on tour, she must turn things around immediately if she is to challenge for the grass court Grand Slam (June 20th to July 3rd).

Only one player can win the best tournament in the tennis world, but bother of these players seemed focused and ready to go. Watch and wager on Wimbledon at BetPhoenix and get some of the best wagering opportunities in the world of tennis wagering.
