I have some exciting news to share with you,late last night ,in Switzerland,Mirka and I became proud parents of twin girls, revealed Roger Federer on his official website RogerFederer.com and Facebook pages.

“We named them Myla Rose and Charlene Riva,they are both healthy and along with their mother they are doing great.This is the best day of our lives.”

Roger and Mirka met at the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and got married in April this year in Basel.

Federer won his record 15th Gran Slam title in Wimbledon earlier this month just after he took his first Roland Garros in June in Paris and will return to play at the Rogers Masters in Montreal on August 12.
