Legendary college basketball coach John Wooden, who transformed UCLA into one of the greatest dynasties in sports history, died this weekend at the age of 99. Soccer pundits like to joke that not only is the World Cup a quadrennial event, but so are players complaining about the latest technology in the official Adidas ball. 2010 is no exception—ever since Adidas released their new ‘Jabulani’ official World Cup a growing number of soccer players have griped about any number of its traits. With previous manager Jose Mourinho taking over at Real Madrid and with a $19 million US transfer fee for his services in their pocket, Inter Milan has set their sights high as they search for a replacement. One high profile name, however, has reportedly taken himself out of the running to lead the reigning Serie A and Champions League title holder.
