Clients must leave a balance equal to the amount of their deposit + fees + bonus winnings in their account for a minimum of 2 weeks from the date of their first play after each deposit, and the account must remain active during that time frame. Free Plays and/or promotional cash in the majority of the cases are credited immediately, but can be withdrawn only after the client has completed the rollover over and the minimum holding period establish for the promotional offering. Otherwise, bonus amounts, any winnings them and transfer fees will be deducted from the clients account prior to any withdrawal being processed. Failure to complete the rollover and 2 week hold will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, as well as any winnings won from the bonus in question.
