# 2 Roger Federer played flawless tennis taking the first 2 sets 6-2,6-2 from # 27 Philipp Kohlschreiber and starting the 3rd with a break of serve.Then,when it looked like things would be over quickly the german raised his level of play as Federer seemed to lose concentration,maybe because it was too easy.As a result Kohlschreiber took the 3th set in a tiebreak,the first he ever won against the swiss.Federer came back firing in the 4th and ended the match 6-1.

Wednesday 24th, 3rd day - 2nd round,

As the players on the bottom half of the draw were in action today Federer looked very impressive dismissing Garcia-Lopez 6-2,6-2,6-4.Roger said “ I am confident and playing great at the moment,but it will get tougher and I look forward for the next match.”His next opponent is #27 Philipp Kohlschreiber who went through his 2nd round in a very tough 5setter (8-6 in the 5th) against the tcheck Ivo Minar
