General Terms

• Promotions are limited to one per deposit, per person, account, household, email, telephone number, same payment account (e.g. moneybookers, neteller etc) and shared computer such as school, public library or workplace.
• All promotional offerings are intended for recreational players only, Betphoenix reserves the right to award, deny or reverse any promotional offering to any customer at any time if it is determined that the customer is not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• Bonuses are only offered on new money; if a member has recently taken a payout, client will be required to make up the total amount of the payout in deposits before being eligible for a bonus.
• Bonuses will only be provided to clients with a net loss position, a client whose account is in a net positive position overall will not be eligible for re-load bonuses.
• The Free Play bonus can be used only on Straight wagers and Parlays of up to 3 teams, on any sport, however no futures or props are allowed.
• Free Plays can be used on Money lines between -200 and +200; Betphoenix reserves the right to deny any wager that exceeds these limits.
• All Free Plays are restricted to the WINNINGS ONLY. The risk amount will not be credited when a free play wager results in a win for the customer.
• Rollover and hold time requirements must be met before any funds can be withdrawn from the account without penalties.
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
• Fees will be covered on all person to person deposits of $300 USD or more.
• Max Bonus pay-out is limited to an amount of $5,000.00 USD.
• Cancelled games in which a Free Play is utilized will be credited back and allowed to be wagered at a later time.
• Limitations apply for circled and restricted games.
• Promotional offerings are not credited automatically into any account; customers must request their bonus by contacting Customer Service within 24 hours of having made their deposit.
• All promotional offerings and policies are solely at the discretion of BetPhoenix and are liable to cancellation, change and/or modification without warning or prior notice. Betphoenix reserves the right to withdraw the availability of any or all offers to any customer at any time.

Bonus Policies

• Clients must leave a balance equal to the amount of their deposit + fees + bonus winnings in their account for a minimum of 2 weeks from the date of their first play after each deposit, and the account must remain active during that time frame. Free Plays and/or promotional cash in the majority of the cases are credited immediately, but can be withdrawn only after the client has completed the rollover over and the minimum holding period establish for the promotional offering. Otherwise, bonus amounts, any winnings them and transfer fees will be deducted from the clients account prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Failure to complete the rollover and 2 week hold will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, as well as any winnings won from the bonus in question.
• Bonus rules and wagering requirements apply to all special promotions, bonuses and offers. In order to take full advantage of any of these specials, members are required to contact BetPhoenix member services for full details as all specials are structured differently. Free Plays, Propositions and Casino action do not count toward rollover.
• Credit card deposits are not eligible for bonuses unless the customer sends in copies of a valid photo id, signed authorization form and copies of the card.
• Bonus roll-over calculations: The lesser of the risk and win amounts are used. 'No action' wagers will not be used in the calculations; casino action does not count toward rollover requirements on promotional offerings designed for sports use only.
• Bonus eligibility for clients is subject to management's discretion.
• Bonuses will only be credited on deposits of $300 or more unless mentioned otherwise on individual promotion conditions.
• Losing Free-Play bonuses will not be included in rollover amounts.
• Bonus Amounts are capped at $500 for 10 cent line settings.
• Free play bonus rollovers are based on winnings derived from the free play, and not the actual free play amount.
• Free money accounts carry separate and varying requirements based on the individual offer made.
• Special promotions not mentioned here carry separate and varying requirements based on the individual offer made.

We reserve the right to determine promotion/bonus eligibility from any one at any time. All bonuses are for a limited time only, and can be withdrawn or changed at any time by BetPhoenix without prior notice.

Bonus programs are intended for recreational bettors only. At the discretion of sportsbook management, professional players or players considered to be abusing the bonus system by any means may have bonuses revoked; as well as proceeds gained by using bonus funds and may be subject to further sanctions.

In the event that a customer or group of customers breaches the terms and conditions of any promotion offered by Betphoenix or if there is evidence that wagers have been placed using funds from a promotional offer by a client or group of clients which result in guaranteed customer profits for the client irrespective of the outcome of the event, Betphoenix reserves the right to revoke the bonus, reverse any winnings from the bonus or void any wager placed with promotional money.

Promotional bonuses apply on all deposits (new or re ups) when sending NEW MONEY ONLY. If a client has recently withdrawn funds, he/she must first replenish pay out monies before receiving new deposit bonuses. Rollover requirements will be achieved when deposit, fees and free play winnings or promotional money have been rolled over the set amount of times and the holding period established on each individual promotion has been completed.

Non-Recreational players (as determined by Management) may have greater rollover requirements placed on their account. These requirements must be met before they are eligible to receive a payout. Any payouts processed before requirements are met will result in bonus or bonus winnings forfeiture. Furthermore, BetPhoenix reserves the right to confiscate any bonuses and/or money won with said bonuses if Management determines a player to be Non-Recreational.
